Welcome to the Era of the Powers, the official page of ERT, a world of Renaissance Epic Fantasy of terrible powers and grandiose events. Throughout this page we will try to explore the world of ERT with all their shades and colors until arriving to where nobody has arrived.

In Ert you will find a world of completely different fantasy. A world of immense powers, exotic races of mysterious abilities and powerful knigths and magicians. A place full of exciting adventures and incredible secrets, that only expects that you can explore it.

Exists a concept that you should have very clear to be able compernder the world of Ert. It can be summarized in a single word: The Powers.

In Ert, everything have their essence divided among the Three Creative Powers, Law, Chaos and Magic. In any place that you look, since a simple rock to the stars, will see these three essences, distributed each one of them in different proportions. The equilibrium between these three essences and its constant and eternal one fights they form the soul of Ert, the core of the Era of the Powers.
Law is one of the Creative Gods, also called the Twin Gods. Law is the form of the Cosmos and who created and maintains the Universal Laws of the Cosmos. Law was the one that gave form to the universe and desires with all its strong will that nobody change.

The Khel are the Powers of Law, his most loyaly servants and most powerfull soldiers. Each one of these powerful beings they were created in the beginning of the times when Law given it to their twelve more loyal followers the Symbols of Law. Each Symbol confers to its possessor the knowledge and absolute control of each one of the aspects of the Cosmos. This supreme power did the Khel the leaders of the peoples of Law and the most powerful Thalnan, the mages of Law.

The Khel guided the Taloin, therefore thus the races of Law were called, during thousands of years. Always with Delthinion, Khel of Law, to the head of them. The Khel taught to the Taloin to understand the techniques and the knowledge. And as to modify the form of all the things to reach the absolute perfection. The Taloin created an empire of unique perfection, of a beauty that has never been able to be equalized.

But that wonders did not suffice to the Khel. The Khel and Taloin hated the servants of Chaos and their mere existence offended them in such a way that were obsessed with the destruction of the Chaos and of all their henchmen. And the most obsessed with the destruction of the Chaos was Delthinion. The Absolute one Lord of Law dreamed each night with the destruction of its enemy and each day planned the fall of the Khoel.

Chaos is the other creative God. It is the essence without form, the energy that maintains alive to the universe. Chaos desires that all change, that the entire universe is consummated in a spiral of anarchy.

Just like Law, Chaos also created symbols to be able, symbols in to the ones that endowed of all its power. Those symbols were given to the most faithful apostles of Chaos, that were calls the Khoel.

The Khoel met the servants of Chaos and sought the distant lands of Nuimbra. There Chaos called Hetnon to its beloved races and began to provided them with the arts of the change and destruction.

The Hetnon became greater masters of the Naxaz, the abilities of Chaos. They were transformed into powerful warriors, large artisans and prodigious artists. They created together the powerful Nuimbra, a chaotic assembly of kingdoms dominated by the Khoel. Nuimbra swore to destroy completely to the Taloin and all of the followers of Law.

To obtain the destruction of the Taloin, the Khoel founded the Legions of Nuimbra, powerful armies of Naxaz consecrated, almost obsessed, to the only idea to destroy to Law.

The most merciless agent of the Chaos, who summarized in itself the cruel philosophy of the Destroyer was the always changing one Hiritach; Khoel of the Chaos, Prince of the Destrución and Primate of Chaos.

Many were the beings that swelled the ranks of the Taloin and the Hetnon. But not all the beings continued the dictations of Law or served to the cause of Chaos. The majority of the beings did not desire an extreme or another of the creation. Those beings that did not embrace to Law or to Chaos were called the Shelthanion.

Upon not having the guide of the Khel or of the Khoel the Sheltanion wandered around Ert seeking its place. Each one of those beings sought what more attracted him. Thus, there was Shelthanion that created their cities among the high mountains of the center of the world, other they inhabited the forests and the plains while a few they were established in the coasts, attracted by the sea. But without the aid of the Powers they were lost.

Then, a Shelthanion, walking for the central forests of Ert, was found a small girl that said to be called Themalina. The girl asked upon being that he sought, he answered that him did not he know, he only knew that he sought something to be complete. The young gave him a book that explained all the Universe, not under the point of view of Law or of Chaos, if not since the glance of the Magic. That Shelthanion was called Kelvar and that book was the first grimoire of Ert.

Thanks to the magic the Sheltanion built their kingdoms, and they learned to dominate what more they loved. With that power they grew, founding large cities and achieving marvelous heights of majesty.

In this unstable equilibrium the world was maintained during a Era. But after so many years Taloin and Hetnon were not capable of contained more. Both races sent explorers and spies for stimated the territory and to prepare the war. But the spies of both races found something that did not have thought. The Shelthanion.

Just between the Taloin and the Hetnon there was born a hundred strange nations of Shelthanion, each one of them with some powers and abilities that the forces of Law and Chaos had never known. The lords of Law and those of Chaos remained amazed by those races and they tried to attract its forces so that fought to their side. But few were the Shelthanion that joined with one of the two factions. Proclaiming their independence the majority of the Shelthanion were opposed the tyrants, so much of Law, as of Chaos. Upon seeing the situation the Powers furious by to be rejected were launched to a cruel war of conquest. The Shelthanion were trapped in the fight, forced as the slaves in many occasions.

The war was prolonged long time, called by the historians The Era of the War. Many prodigies were given, heroes anonymous conquered the glory and villians of incredible wickedness inhabited in the infamy. But after hundreds of years of war could be seen that none of the two factions would win the war. Any battle was decisive, no side arrived at a final victory. Exhausted both sides by the long war, Delthinion and Hiritach invoked to its God and the armies were faced in the center of Ert for a final battle that would decide the winner. That place where would be decided the destiny of Ert was called the Cauldron of the Chaos.

To a side of Cauldron were the Khoel, surrounded by the powerful Legions of Nuimbra and headed by the tyrant Hiritach. To the other the Khel were raised, supported by the powerful armies of the Taloin and directed by the powerful Delthinion. The two sides knew that the key of the victory depended on the Shelthanion. The support of the children of magic would be definitive. Delthinion harangued to its faithful, and requested to the Shelthanion its force with promises of infinite glory and to unlimited know. Hiritach sicced to its Legions, requiring to the Shelthanion its aid, threatening and flattering at the same time the children of magic. But few Shelthanion responded to the calls of both Powers.
Upon seeing the doubts of the Shelthanion, Hiritach was maddened and with cruelty raised its Symbol of the Chaos and broke it with its sword. Then a wave of pure Chaos advanced on the Cauldron mutating and altering to all the races. Delthinion, upon seeing the insanity of Hiritach also broke its Symbol doing a wave of Law of the same force to travel through the cauldron since the other extreme. The beings more close to Hiritach were altered of drastic form, at the same time the ones that remained near Delthinion did not change at all. The ones that remained in the middle, the Shelthanion acquired strange forms and incredible powers.

The two waves collided just in the middle of the Cauldron, the explosion was such that touchd the bases of the Universe, changing in a moment the Creation.
After the explosion Hiritach and Delthinion they were launched to the battle with a furious shout of battle. Upon being faced the two Powers in the center of the battle something occurred that nobody anticipated. Hiritach struck the chest of its opponent with force and rapidity, surpassing the defenses of Delthinion. The Khel remained paralyzed upon seeing the injured mortal of its leader. The Taloin fainted and the Hetnon lifted its weapons in gesture of triumph.

But of the injury of Delthinion jumped the blood and is traveled through the Universe while the consequences of the wave of Law launched its last echoes. There where the blood of Delthinion fell the Ywens arose, the children of the war. They were born of the mountains and of the rivers, of the plains and of the oceans. The Ywens looked at around him and they saw the death of Delthinion, of their father. The Ywens clamored revenge and they attacked to the Hetnon with force and decision. And the fury of the Ywens was so large that the Hetnon withdrew crushed.
After the flight of the Cauldron, the Hetnon hid after the walls of city-states, hidden in the depths of the wild land of Nuimbra to cure its injuries and to reorganize its Legions. The Khel cried desperate the death of Delthinion, its larger champion. The Taloin, sadden by the loss regrouped their troops and moved away of the Cauldron, carrying in a silver and gold sarcophagus the corpse of their lost leader.

The Shelthanion, weakened by the battles and confused by the change of their bodies, remained in the center of Ert, trying to be adapted to the new circumstances. The lands that they occupied were calls Noorgaard and in them the Shelthanion created their nations. The Ywens were scattered for the lands, a few remained with the Shelthanion, the majority fled with the Taloin, swearing to protect the tomb of their father for all the eternity.

Since then thousands of years have passed, two wars of the chaos have happened and thousands of events have happened. The Universe has changed and the Empires have grown.

Nowadays these facts have fallen in the oversight, only the troubadors recall them. The Shelthanion, abandoned since the Cauldron of the Chaos, live in peace, far away of the Taloin and the Hetnon. But this peace is on the verge of finishing. The moment in which the forces of the Law and the Chaos will be faced in the last battle that will decide the destiny of the world of Ert.
